Yoga + Meditation Classes

Yoga in Daily Life is a traditional style of yoga. Classes include the asanas (yoga postures & exercises), relaxation, pranayama (guided breath work) and meditation. There are progressive levels plus speciality classes - Fridays 8pm Meditation & Philosophy + Sundays 4pm Yoga Nidra (long guided relaxation).
